Obama's rude shock to six-figure earners
Among the bizarre claims in this article:
- Apparently, deli owners earn salaries between $250,000 and $500,000 a year.
- If you earn $300,000 a year and your taxes go up by $4,000 (slightly over 1 percent), that qualifies as 'sharply-rising taxes', a 'rude shock' and 'getting hammered'.
- You can earn $500,000 a year and not be considered rich
