New medical marijuana policy issued
It's a great step in the direction of partial sanity, but it's frustrating to live in a country that is perpetually so far behind the rest of the world. I suspect decriminalization will happen in another 10 years, industrial hemp farming in 20 years, and full legalization in 30 years. Meanwhile, the rest of the world will be working on new things that we will be decades behind in adopting.
